We hope you will attend the webinar after you register for one. However, in case you wish to cancel your webinar registration, we will be happy to refund as per the policy detailed below.

If you cancel more than a week before the webinar date, we will refund the entire webinar fees, minus the processing charges. Any cancellation upto 3 days before the webinar date will be refunded with only 50% of the webinar fees, minus the processing charges. Any cancellation within 3 days of webinar date shall not be refundable.

We will process your cancellation within 7 working days. If you paid the registration fees online via razorpay.com, there will be additional 1-2 weeks to process your refund by the payment gateway. In case you had paid directly to us via bank account transfer or via UPI, we will refund through the same mechanism. This may take additional 4-5 days to transfer the money back to you.
